I'm a backpacker and I take this everywhere with me. In the summer, I'm out most weeks on 2-3 day treks in the mountains. My phone never lasts more than 24 hours without a charge, so the SunCharge is what gets me through the weekend, allowing me to take pictures and document my journey!
"Perfect Backup Device"
I started taking this camping over the summer to provide an extra charge when I'm in need. But I think the bigger benefit to this is keeping it in my car as a backup in case anything goes wrong. I have 2 young children and God forbid we ever get stranded or have an emergency situation, I can depend on the solar power to keep my phone available at all times.
"Construction Worker Approved!"
My phone is a few years old and the thing is about dead by noon time. I work construction and am out all day, so I don't really have access to an outlet to charge. I started using the SunCharge last month and it works flawless. Gives me the battery I need to get through the day.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How Many SunCharge Solar Batteries do I need?
Determine where you'll be in a crisis is nearly impossible. And how many people will you be with? It's best to stay on the safe side and stock up. Especially if you have a spouse, kids or grandkids. In an emergency, you'll want to be in communication.
That's why most customers are claiming our bundle package. To stash in their vehicle, bug-out bag, cabin or RV. Or giving to family and friends as gifts.
How do I use my SunCharge Solar Battery?
You can charge any USB compatible device with your SunCharge Solar Battery. Just plug your existing charging cord into the device! You don't need to purchase extra equipment.
The cord included in the package is for recharging your SunCharge Solar Battery. It's not for charging your phone with the SunCharge Solar Battery. To charge your device, use the charging cable that came with your device.
How to charge your devices with SunCharge Solar Battery:
1. Use your power cord.
2. Plug the USB end into one of the SunCharge Solar Battery ports.
3. Plug the other end of your cord into your device
4. Charging will begin automatically. If not, press the power button.
How to charge your SunCharge Solar Battery:
1. Use the cord that came in the package.
2. Plug the small end into the center slot of your SunCharge Solar Battery.
3. Plug the other end into any USB adapter, such as a 'wall block' or computer port.
How fast will my SunCharge Soar Battery charge?
Your SunCharge Solar Battery will charge fastest via the charging cord that comes with each unit. This can go from 0% to 100% battery in 6 hours or less. That's pretty fast for such a large battery capacity!
The solar panel is designed as a backup charging method. Charging via solar can take up to 40 hours depending on lighting conditions.
Why does it take longer to charge via solar?
The efficiency of energy transfer from solar to electric energy is low, even in perfect lab conditions. In normal everyday conditions, charge times will depend on the sunlight available.
Size matters! The SunCharge Solar Battery fits in your pocket. While it's powerful and efficient, its power is limited by its surface area.
We could have designed it to be bigger for sure. But that would defeat the purpose of having a pocket sized, covert, solar power source that you can take anywhere with you. We think slightly longer charge time is worth it.
What are the technical specs?
