Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order?+

It depends on the product and the branding. A single-color logo on a pouch has a much lower minimum than a custom-colored product in custom packaging. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you what is possible at that volume.

What does customization cost?+

Most single-color prints add little or nothing to the unit price. Multi-color prints, custom colors and custom packaging carry a modest per-unit or one-time tooling cost. We quote once we know the product, artwork and run size.

What artwork do you need?+

Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) give the cleanest result, and one-color logos reproduce best across every product. Send what you have and we will tell you if it needs redrawing.

Can I brand the packaging instead of the product?+

Yes. Several items ship in their own box or pouch, so you can brand the packaging, the product, or both.

How long does a custom order take?+

Lead time depends on the product, the customization and stock on hand. We confirm a schedule in writing before any order is placed, so you know your in-hand date up front.

Can I see a sample before committing?+

Yes. Ask about samples in your request and we will get the product, and where possible a print proof, in front of you before production.
