Never had to use it, but the security of having it, if its needed gives it 5 stars for just the comfort and relief of knowing it could make a difference of being around or not! I have one and one was a gift for my son and his family. Not breathing is not an option.

Fast delivery

I ordered two, 2-packs of this device. Three devices were great and worked without a problem. The fourth was dead and would not charge. I tried the same charging block and cable I used successfully for the other devices, so I know the device was bad. I sent an email to support saying all this, and instead of just agreeing to replace my product or issuing a refund, they pushed back. Even though I told them I was going on vacation for a month and wanted to resolve it before I left town, they responded with troubleshooting suggestions that were either ridiculous or were things I'd told them I'd already tried. I won't try them again.

I feel safer now having this in my home. Thank you

Feel good having these in our home in case of fire

I like how easy they are to use. Just pull the bottom of the pouch and shake out the blanket. Hopefully, it will never have to be used.
