Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Most items ship free! Each product page will contain shipping cost information. represents multiple manufacturers.

We are a Canadian based company with employees around the world. Some products are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States, while other products may come directly from our manufacturer. Due to this, if you order multiple products, you may receive multiple packages.

What are your shipping times?

Standard shipping:
1-3 weeks in the USA
2-4 weeks World Wide

Note: Some items ship express and deliver within 3-7 days.

Please note these dates are estimates only, the proper arrival dates will be sent to you via e-mail when your order is shipped so please make sure to check your e-mail.

Tracking My Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information.

Stolen Packages

If the shipping courier confirms that your package was delivered to your address, but you never received it, then it may have been stolen. In this case, you must contact the shipping courier (USPS, UPS or FedEx - contact support to learn which shipping courier). Once you file a stolen package report with the shipping company, provide us proof of the submission. If the shipping company doesn't refund the purchase price within 60 days, we will give you store credit for the purchase amount. This offer is LIMITED to one occurrence per year, per customer/address with a purchase price limit of $250.
